The animated film Hotel Transylvania, starring Adam Sandler, has set a new high for a September debut at the US and Canadian box office, bringing in $43 million in it's opening weekend.

Hotel Transylvania opens in UK cinemas on 12th October 2012.

Welcome to the Hotel Transylvania, Dracula’s lavish five-stake resort, where monsters and their families can live it up, free to be the monsters they are without humans to bother them.
